I filed my first large claim for my Doberman and immediately received an email that it was under review. A few days later, I received another email stating that the processing was complete and the money would be sent to my account, and it was. SO MUCH easier than health insurance for people!!!!

False and deceptive transactional…
False and deceptive transactional messaging. Will promise you a check in 5-7/10 business days but then will tell you to wait 30 days! They Have absolutely no issues taking out your money but every issue giving it back. I switched to spot from lemonade because it was cheaper now I see why. Worst mistake I have ever made!

For some reason there was a delay in receiving the claim I mailed to you. I called almost two weeks after mailing it and was told it had not been received. I then said I would re-send everything. Magically, I received notification the next day that it had been received. It was then promptly processed and paid.
