Outrageous premium increase of 400%
After 15 years of paying monthly premiums including very minor yearly increases this year they raised my premium over 400%. I went from paying $81/month to the new increase of $322.50/month!! The person I spoke with thought this was entirely reasonable and offered to cancel the policy since I was so unhappy with the change. So yes the service was good for those years but this is how they treat you and your precious pet when they would probably need it the most. Don't fall for this trap

Happy Pet Parents
We have had Embrace for a couple of years and had no problems. We are greatful that Embrace offers military discount which helps us alot and allowing monthly payments. We do utilize their app as well as the website to upload our pets expenses.

Staff is Knowledgeable and Helpful
Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The practice of having to make several submissions for one health issue as the practitioner runs through tests to determine the diagnosis is quite cumbersome.

Insurance for new pet with Fetch.
Insurance for new pet with Fetch. I had the pleasure of dealing with Carla Stevens via phone. She was very knowledgeable about the different policies. She helped me choose the plan suitable for our dog. Carla was very patient in answering any of the questions I had. I let her know I would call back when I decided on the plan that applied best for my dog. I called back the next day with my decision & Carla completed my application. I have been very satisfied with Fetch insurance for my other dog and will definitely recommend them to pet owners I know. I would definitely contact Carla again should I have any further queries. She has a very professional, personable manner and very knowledgeable with Fetch insurance plans.

I Hope this Means They've Improved
In the past I've had TERRIBLE experiences. On one claim it took me THREE CALLS because the claims person insisted that the dates of service were before the policy went into effect because the vet had included a grooming that was done prior to the effective date. Had he/she bothered to look at the date that the MEDICAL SERVICES were provided, it would have saved me, Customer Service, and 3 supervisors aggravation. Another time they denied a claim for Simparica Trio that the vet called into Costco because the Costco receipt didn't have the dog's name (Costco doesn't give special receipts with the dogs name). A subsequent photo of the label on the box solved that problem. So I was pleasantly surprised when I submitted a claim on 6/3 and received notification on 6/4 (ONE DAY! ) that reimbursement was being deposited to my checking account. I had previously been told (after I ranted like a lunatic) they were supposedly working on revamping their processing, so it's possible they've improved their review process.

I am deeply disappointed with my…
I am deeply disappointed with my experience. Based on my interactions, I cannot recommend this insurance. In hindsight, I would have been better off opening a savings account and depositing the monthly premium myself. Before proceeding with my dog's neutering, I called to confirm if the procedure would be covered if deemed medically necessary. The representative assured me it would be, provided it met that condition. After my veterinarian evaluated my dog and recommended the surgery due to recurring infections and blood in his urine, I trusted that the medical necessity would be clear. Unfortunately, the insurance company later determined on their own that it was not medically necessary — disregarding the professional recommendation of my veterinarian. It is disheartening that they override the judgment of a licensed veterinarian who has direct knowledge of the animal's condition. What makes this situation even more frustrating is that I sought clarification beforehand and was not informed that the insurance company would independently decide what is necessary, regardless of veterinary advice.
