Terrible experience
Have been a member for 6 years. Was t boned at an intersection and have been waiting 2 months now and still no vehicle. I have not been able to reach my adjuster, other then the initial email and I have to call for any updates. Have received multiple calls from the car rental place because they are not getting responses. This whole experience has been a nightmare. Before this I wouldve said it was great. But I guess things are great till it's time for them to do more then recieve payment

No idea what this site is about I am 80 years old and not great with internet. I am very confused about how on earth I can get a way to use your insurance that I paid$600 a year for. My vet won’t fill out any paperwork. Where can I get a way to have you pay for veterinary services from my vet? Why would I remain as your customer when you don’t help me USE YOUT INSURANCE at my veterinarian (Banfield in Provo.)

Confusing Sign-Up, Great Support
My company offers nationwide pet insurance as a benefit. We were given a specific URL to visit as well as a number. I originally filled the form out online for the sake of convenience. However, I made a mistake so I had to call for adjustment. The representative over the phone told me that I should always call rather than attempting to sign up through the unique URL code. This needs to be explicitly stated. Feels untrustworthy that I could’ve been locked in at a different rate than what is presented online. The representative was great though. She really beared with me through the process and helped me submit a new claim form.
