Easy to submit a claim. Although I found it a bit tedious to get signed up and clear all the preexisting issues two years ago, since then it has been very easy and virtually stress-free to file our claims. We mostly have had wellness claims and I'm very happy that our pups are generally healthy.

Thankfully Luna had insurance!
We have had numerous pets, but have never purchased insurance. However, when we rescued Luna, a two-year-old American Bully last summer, we knew nothing about her health history, and wanting to provide her the best forever home, we thought insurance might be worthwhile. A great decision! Luna had a serious emergency surgery for a ruptured disc. Her care was covered. We are so pleased with EMBRACE!
