Spot makes is easy to use
Spot made it easy to customize the plan I thought would work best for us and the price is very reasonable. I also love that they offer the option to cover routine annual care making that process less stressful on us financially. I didn't know purchasing this plan my puppy would end up having a very rare autoimmune disease causing us to need this policy very early on. Im beyond grateful that having this policy has made taking care of my little girl that much less stressful, the ability to submit my claims is super easy, their turnaround time is fast for repayment, and it's directly deposited into my checking account. Anytime I have questions about coverage they are quick to answer the phone and review information with me. Thank you Spot for making a very stressful situation just a bit easier on us!

I have had Spot for about 2 years
I have had Spot for about 2 years. My dog just had surgery for a growth that came out of nowhere. I submitted claims through the app and just attached medical records and my statements. I was reimbursed in less than 2 weeks. It's so great not having to worry about costly vet bills, and just getting your pet the treatment they deserve because you know Spot will take care of the rest!
