Not satisfied with customer experience - lack of notification of policy expiration / renewal, confusing terminology on dashboard showing policy dates as current dates and not expliciting stating currently expired, and lack of ability to provide a one-time exception to retro active most recent claim that was submitted.

Excellent experience. The claim process was very simple and painless. Also I love the speed in which the claim was processed. The payment was fair. The only issue I have is the monthly cost; a little expensive, but given the return it is worth it.
