Super Easy and Beneficial
Found out my dog had two broken teeth, one of which had been abscessed. With the emergency vet appointment and the surgery, the total came to nearly $2000. The process for filing and getting the refund was super easy and took a lot of weight off my shoulders.

I had some issues at the beginning of my claim as medical records were twice sent by my vet but never received. And on a conference call with Michael and my vets office he confirmed he had received their email with records but then I received another email from you stating you still needed records. It finally got resolved but was a frustrating experience. But once they received the records my claim was processed very quickly. I’m happy with Spot

I've had Healthy Paws Insurance for my Schnauzer since he was a puppy. I highly recommend getting the insurance while they are young because puppies tend to get into everything, and you could face a vet bill at any moment. Later on, when they become seniors, illnesses can develop quickly, and it can become very expensive fast. Healthy Paws does an amazing job reimbursing in a timely manner. My GSD had an ear infection 4 years ago and got a new one a week ago......visit the usual vet and guess what...dog is already OK but Pets Best DENY the claim and labeled it as a recurring condition.....results is that you pay a monthly premium for nothing, DENY, DENY, DENY!!!!!!
