My dog was feeling very uncomfortable, scratching one of her ears excessively, and it appeared red and irritated. Due to her breed's tendency to ear infections, I quickly searched for a nearby veterinarian with good reviews and found Biscayne Animal Hospital. In the morning, I requested an appointment for the same day, and they scheduled it for 3 pm. We arrived just in time, and within 15 minutes, we were in a room with my dog. The veterinary technician came in to gather the initial information and then took my dog for an examination. They even asked if I wanted to know the procedure's cost before starting, which I found very considerate. Later, the veterinarian explained the procedure to me. They were all incredibly kind and patient throughout the entire process.
