Good value
The faxing in of claims is not smooth on your end. My Vet, who submits very inclusive claims with his diagnoses and notes has had to fax the same claim 3, 4, 5 times. Delaying the process for payout. This has happened for as long as I think back.

Easy Claims Process - Price is High
The claims process is great. It is very easy to file a claim. I love that about this company. However, the cost of my insurance continues to go up every year and is it becoming very expensive. I even have a high deductible.

Trupanion has been great!
I'm glad I have had Trupanion since puppyhood! Although the dog is healthy, he has had issues with allergies that has required treatment and medication. Trupanion has helped pay those costs. I am in the insurance business and wish that my own medical insurance was as good.
