Awesome customer service! Never submitted a claim before and wasn't sure what to do. Called customer service and they walked me through it. Submitted claim that night online and had a check in a couple of weeks.

Too expensive not enough return on cost
I love being able to have my pet insured but the cost is so high and I get some money back but not enough to where I feel this is worth it. My husband and I debate all the time of whether to keep her insurance or just set that money aside that we would normally pay and just use that if something happens. I have three other dogs that I can’t afford to insure. I’m having to look at other places just to get them insured. I also wish I could submit claims through an app instead of faxing and the wait is so long to even find out if you’ll get anything back. I do appreciate the direct payment though instead of waiting for a check. That’s really nice.
