Our dog had to have surgery on her leg and Trupanion was right there for us. The claim was submitted Shortly after our vet appt. and I received a cheque from Trupanion about a week later. Their attitude was very much' we're here to help you and don't worry'.

I am very pleased so far with Trupanion. I had heard so many horror stories about other pet insurance companies who gave the people a lot of hassle with their claims. Not with Trupanion. Would strongly recommend them.
