Did not pay claim
Pets Best did not pay a very straightforward claim. My dog's foot was injured. It was written in my policy that injuries like this are covered. I just requested to cancel my policy. I will just put money in my savings account. I spent close to $ 500 on insurance for nothing.

The website is too difficult
The website is too difficult. You asked me at the start what my HOME zip code is. Then at the end when I wanted to purchase, you asked me my BILLING address, but I couldn't edit the ZIP code and I had to hit back, back, back all the way to the start to change the Zip code to my billing Zip code. They should have an option on the check-out page to change the billing zip code.

Ease & Overall Excellent Care

Easy claims and fast payment
After two years with Spot, I can say without reservation that I made the right choice. Submitting claims online is easy and they pay benefits within days. I'm now a big fan, and I tell everyone who asks me about Spot pet insurance. Before signing up with Spot, I spent days investigating every pet insurance provider. Comparing coverage, cost, and customer reviews, Spot seemed the best choice for our new Shih-Tzu puppy even though some customers reported a bad experience. I've found that the "secret" to a great experience is to read the terms and conditions, and then comply with the requirements. If you do your part (like providing complete veterinary records) then they will do theirs. In summary, I've come to realize that having great pet insurance is just as important for our puppy's health as having a great Vet. For our little Ramona, Spot has been a great partner.
