10 month old Pomeranian vs Pit Viper
My pup, Orry, recently was bitten by a venomous snake. Our whole world was sent into a tailspin for the next 6 days. After getting anti venom on board at our local veterinarian, we were rushed to an Animal ER over an hour away. Orry spent the next 5 nights receiving life saving care! You can only imagine the enormous bill! But thank goodness for FETCH. I uploaded all of my medical records and invoices. I had my reimbursement checks within 4 days of submitting! I could not ask for better insurance for my babies! FETCH to the rescue in one of the scariest moments for me as a pet mom! I cannot thank FETCH enough!

Exceeded expectations
This is the first time I've ever had pet insurance. My work offered it and we had just welcomed a new pup into our life so figured it was a good time to try it out. Unfortunately, shortly after our pup had had to have major surgery. I was really surprised at how easy it was to submit claims (even on smart phone), more surprised at how quickly they were processed, and and even more surprised at how much of those claims were reimbursed only days after submission

The SPOT agents were sincerely empathetic about my dog surgery. They were easy to work with and made the process go smoothly. I've had different insurance and by far SPOT is my better choice

Beware of this company and their rate…
Beware of this company and their rate hikes. We have been insured with Healthy Paws since my dog was a puppy. Initially, it was a $40 monthly cost with quick reimburesment and customer service. The company was sold a few years ago. Since then, they have tried to deny a few of my claims and I have had to go back and query it. They put our rate up to $85 after five years. I just got an email saying they were increasing my insurance to $170 a month...blaming state policies. My dog is nine years old, and I have probably made a total of five claims her entire life. I am currently on the phone with them to discuss it. I have called twice to speak to a manger. Both times they have left me on hold to get rid of me.

An insurance company that actually has your back
I have Spot insurance for all 4 of my pets. It's one thing to have insurance, it's another to have to use it. One of my senior dogs had to have TPLO surgery on both of her knees. I had such a fear that it would not be covered, but Spot covered BOTH knees and paid out the next day! My cats have also had smaller issues and I've never had a claim get denied. I would recommend them to anyone.
