Claim turn around time is improving
I'm happy to see the claim turn around time improving. It would be more efficient if a claim form wasn't required with every claim. I am shocked at my recent rate increase for one dog to an additional $60/mo premium. I can't recommend at this time because I'm waiting to see what the rate increase will be on my other dogs policies. I am happy with what is covered and at the rate; this is the reason to have pet insurance. I'll never be without it again.

The best investment you can make for your pet
We've been with Embrace for around 8 years and have our two lab mix dogs insured. I literally never write reviews and it takes so much for a company to impress me nowadays. I can honestly say that Embrace has blown away our expectations. I'm not a fan of insurance. My wife convinced to buy a policy with Embrace after much pushback from me. We have never had an issue with a claim. They process and pay claims in a timely manner. If you call their customer service number, you get a person on the phone immediately and they are ALWAYS pleasant and helpful. I cannot recommend Embrace enough and I promise you it's worth the investment (especially the optional wellness coverage because you can use it on almost anything pet-related).

I did a lot of comparison shopping before picking Pets Best. We have three dogs and all are insured with multi discounts. Their claim response time is good and their coverage qualifications are very reasonable

Pretty happy with my Insurance
I reviewed many companies before choosing Nation Wide, and only them offered wellness care included, which was very important to me as I didnt want an insurance only for emergencies. So as soon as I got my cat I did put him on the Nation wide plan, he has gotten vaccines and wellness visits, and I have been refunded every time, the process to file claims is easy. A few photos and that's it. It takes a little bit to get refunded but other than that I'm a pretty satisfied customer!
