Pets Best has excellent pet insurance. I have a dog that has chronic illnesses and I am very pleased with the insurance coverage. The claims are processed within 10 days of submission and direct deposit works well for me. The customer care representatives are Professional, caring people.

This was the first time we have ever needed the service.
This was the first time we have ever needed to use health insurance for our cats. We had an emergency visit to the vet as one of our cats ate some string out of the garbage and it tied up his intestines. Having insurance saved his life, we could not afford the surgery without it. The whole process was simple and fast. When I had questions and called, they were nice and helpful. We have since got a new garbage can with a lid that he can't open.

Loving everything about this program
Nationwide's stance on care for my dogs has been a wonderful asset. We're now able to more comfortably use preventative care services and love the comfort in knowing we have a plan in place if an emergency happened is invaluable.

Great insurance and customer service
Great insurance and customer service. My only complaint and the reason I gave 4 stars instead of five is because they don't cover homeopathic treatments. They do cover unlimited acupuncture however.
