There was no place to enter the code provided by my veterinarian. I had to call in. Rep was pleasant but obviously reading from a script and did not seem interested in answering questions and he was in a hurry. He did answer my questions but I had to keep interrupting him as he was trying to get me off the phone.

Every time I’ve spoken to someone at Trupanion, they have been exceptionally kind and helpful. Charlie(Sealyham Terrier) means the world to my husband and me. When it comes to an illness, accident, or the need for surgery, we certainly don’t want the cost to be a factor in whether he gets treatment or not! That’s why we are putting our trust in Trupanion!
