Our first claim for a ear infection…First Claim
Our first claim for a ear infection took over a month. Waiting for info from our vet and a decision to pay. Finally they did approve and put towards our deductible. Not impressed but will see what happens on the next claim.

We love Pets Best and have recommended…
We love Pets Best and have recommended it to family and friends alike. We have never had an issue when we goto submit out claims and they are paid in less than 5 days. We have a sense of comfort knowing that both our puppies are covered and we can get them the care they need when and if they need it. We also utilize the wellness plan which helps a little bit when off setting the cost but i would recommend you figure out how many trips to the doc you will take.
