Easy to use Insurance
It's very easy to submit a claim, and Embrace usually gets back to me in a reasonable amount of time. They make it clear what is and is not covered by my cats' policies, what the deductible is, etc., so I don't have to worry about any of that. I'm getting a great deal on the one cat, who has a claim every month for her prescription, and the other cat only ever used his once, but boy was I glad to have insurance when he did.

What would the world be like if everything worked like this
I have never had pet insurance before but call my vet to ask for suggestions. They mentioned pumpkin so I checked them out online. I liked that they offered preventative(wellness) coverage. When I took my cat to the vet for his wellness appointment that day I submitted the invoice to pumpkin. By the next day I knew what they would reimburse and why. By the second day I had the funds available in my account. If human insurance worked this well and quick I think less people would complain about it.

I am not very computer literate, however by following directions that were easily understood I was able to file a claim. Your website is very user friendly. I also had a conversation not too long ago with one of your employees and was very pleased with how considerate and helpful she was.

Healthy Paws…excellent coverage for over 11 years
Healthy Paws has insured my dog for her entire life of 11.5 yrs. They’ve covered a myriad of health claims in that time. Having this insurance means we never have to make a decision about her health based on money and I can tell you if that had not been the case we may have had to let her go long ago. Vet care is expensive and we’ve been so lucky to have Healthy Paws.
