One issue with my claim
One issue with my claim for Leo is that it was delayed because you needed proof of payment instead of just the itemized bill. Makes sense, however the same partial documentation was used for my other cat's claim (went to the vet together) and there was no pushback or request for additional proof of payment and the claim was fulfilled. How does that make sense?? Please be consistent on your requests.

I’ve had it now for a few months, Puppy shots
I’ve had it now for a few months and with a new puppy often as they are reaching milestones as they grow certain shots are required to be done more then the annual shots. I think the company should have that built into the system. First round of shots at 9 weeks covered very well, second shots a month later not covered at all. “You have reached the yearly usage of this type of shot” obviously not as you can’t give the full dose to a puppy all at once. Hope this will be a consideration with who ever reviews the policy options next year... it should be setup as a amount for the puppy shots series recommended by the vets!

Spectacular
When my dog got injured I have to admit I had that additional concern I would have to jump through hoops to get my claims paid for her treatment. I am grateful to say it was the complete opposite. Nationwide has been wonderful through out this entire process of my dogs treatment. They are wonderful anytime I call with a question and the turn around time with them paying a claim or providing an update has been beyond timely. Thank you again Nationwide
