Easy to submit a claim. I was kept in the loop as the claim was in process. I had a choice of having my claim sent to my bank.

I expected more!
Processing was slow almost a month. I fully accept the deductible and the 90% coverage, but the diagnostic exam to determine the injury and course of treatment should have been covered. Out of a 268.50 bill you paid only 8.55. For this I pay $50 per month.
