I compared multiple pet insurance providers and found Pets Best to have the most options and comprehensive coverage. I initially bought for my dog but soon after adopted a kitten. Don’t waste your money with this insurance
Do not waste your money on this company, we got this insurance because vet recommended and we thought it was the best. Our poor puppy is now in the fight of his life because this horrible company had labeled him with a pre-exiting condition. To be clear our poor puppy hasn’t been diagnosed with anything yet. And with a mix up between the vet writing down something we didn’t say or fabricating on what we said they will not cover or pay our claim because they say we noticed signs two weeks prior to the 30 day waiting period. My husband and I have been battling g with this company to cover the claims because the reports are wrong. But god for bid they want to ever help any pet with a possible issue. They have now complete screwed us over and our child because of this. They clearly do not care about your pets it’s all about the money.
