Great experience with Embrace insurance. So easy to submit a claim and understand what is covered. Reimbursement is extremely quick. I highly recommend this insurance!

MetLife is so simple and reliable
MetLife is so simple and reliable. I was worried at first I wouldn’t be able to understand everything needed for the claims but it was the easiest process. I enjoy the experience so much I referred my sister to the insurance for her new 3 month cat.

Don't know as I sent in claims. We'll see. Not crazy about having to get claims in with in a year even as you're still working on dog issue. I'm still paying so why not take care of claim. I've paid for it.

They process claims quickly. The insurance gives me peace of mind that I will be able to take care of my dog if she gets sick or has an accident.

I called and asked about the deducible
I called and asked about the deducible, if it was yearly or per occurrence. I was told it is once a year. I told the representative I noticed the deducible was taken out of my 2nd ER visit. When looking over my account it was noticed the date for the first visit the numbers were transposed. Customer service corrected the issue and was refunded the deductible back.
