Very helpful in purchasing this insurance. Quick review of submitted claim and reimbursement. I had Nationwide insurance with my Siberian Husky for 15 1/2 years.

Still waiting for a return call to explain exclusions
We have had tour company for years and were very happy with our last dog. I was sent a letter stating we had exclusions now. I called and the person said they had never seen this before and that she was off in a few minutes but set a call up for the next day and I never heard from anyone. We had our dogs dna done and he has no allergies but nationwide is excluding that and something with aggression. He is a rescue and we have spent thousands on training and he is a model dog but he had been beaten and is afraid of new people at first . After he knows you he is a lover. I am still needing an explanation please.

My only negative is the length of time to process the claim and get paid.
I have had my 2 Labs covered by Nationwide Pet Insurance for several years. It’s been a great ease of mind knowing that there is a safety net to help our animals if something major goes wrong.

Incredibly grateful and fortunate that we have PET PLUS US Insurance for our Jack! Ease of claims is the least benefit! Jackie has idiopathic epilepsy which developed at the age of 2 and 1/2... managed and controlled by meds, an amazing Vet, his loving family and PETS PLUS US Insurance ... Better than I expected!
As a first time dog owner and hearing of all the pet emergencies my friends and their pups have endured, I thought I’d start my pup right away. I’m so glad I did! I woke up one morning to my 11 mo. old black lab unable to walk and whining...which I’d never heard him do before! After vet appointments, sedation, X-rays, medicine, referrals, and surgery, my pup is on the mend. I’m not worried too much about the vet bills as I picked a good deductible and percentage of bill payment that works for my financial situation. The claims have been really easy to submit by snapping a picture with my tablet and uploading it to the site. My return payments have come back quickly and directly go in my checking account. I’ve passed on FIGO praise to all my pet owning friends.
