I really appreciate you checking in on Kino and your prompt payment of claims. Wish it was a little easier to file though -- would be great to have a place on the site where we could just upload invoices and check a few boxes/answer a few questions in an online form vs. having to download and complete a pdf. They been terrific for my baby for 14 years!
VPI/Nationwide have been terrific for my Pom for 14 years, and she’s had her share of troubles. There was a large jump in prices this year, way more than just due to an age increase, which almost priced me out. Also, make sure you insure from the time your dog is a puppy so you don’t have to deal with pre-existing condition exclusions.
