Trupanion has been my pets life saver
Trupanion has been my pets life saver. He's had insurance since he was a puppy. He's now 8 and has had multiple surgery's on his back leg. The representative have been very helpful and it's easy to file and send in the claim. Also get your money back in a timely fashion. I dont know what I would've done without it. Surgery for pets is expensive but having trupanion helped tremendously.

Unreasonable
I am freaking out about the increase in premium for my 3 year old dog.I had many choices of companies and now I can’t change and I don’t know what to do. I ha e recommended nationwide in numerous face book groups and had a policy with my last dog.I am on a fixed income.i don’t care if this published I want a solution

Good, but slow
Love having insurance, gives me added peace of mind. Nationwide does take a long time to approve claims, but I am fairly happy. Would love the ability to file a claim online instead of faxing the document.

A little dissapointed my plan doesnt cover what I thought it would.
I was under the impression that my plan covered his nutering. Come to find out it doesnt and the plan that does is not available to new customers. I would like to know how and when I can upgrade to a plan that does cover it.
