Great service but...
I love my pup like crazy, and I like the service, but paying almost $100 per month is crushing.. $1200 per month on top of still having to pay at least 50% of all claims is a lot, especially for my policy. I wish there were more "a-la-carte" options. Thanks.

Excellent coverage and care for my puppy.
My husband and I just adopted our first puppy in April. We weren’t sure about getting pet insurance but we were told by our friends it’s worth the investment. We are so glad we did! Nationwide has really helped us feel covered and secure with our puppy’s care. We don’t have to worry about what’s to come next because we know that Bella will be covered with Nationwide. Very Disappointed
Very disappointed. At first our claims were filed very quickly. After the company was bought out we noticed the process time to complete and actually receive reimbursement was more then five days. Moving forward this has caused us to re-evaluate Pets Best.
