I have been so happy with Pets Best!
I have been so happy with Pets Best! Insurance tends to have a very bad rap, so I went into having this insurance with a little bit of skepticism. I had never had insurance before. The claims are easy to file, they are paid quickly, and any dealings with customer service has always been very good! I recommend Pets Best to anybody who asks me about pet insurance.

The claim process and easy and straightforward and a quick turnaround. I submitted the claim on Thursday, got an email that my claim was processed on Monday and payment remitted on Tuesday.

Expensive insurance premiums only to keep increasing
Was considering getting a French Bulldog puppy for the family. We understand this breed has the potential for a lot of health problems. Looked into Trupanion for pet insurance to see what the cost would be. We were horribly shocked on how expensive the pet insurance is. Plus the fact that the insurance premiums keep increasing every year makes it impossible to afford the pet insurance. You could wind up paying into the ten of thousands of dollars for pet insurance over the life time of the dog. Daughters were heart broken when we told them we couldnt afford the insurance on the puppy, so therefore we won’t be getting there puppy of there dreams. Can you lock in in a rate? How much does the premiums increase? How much of an increase was it from 2018 to 2019?

Having this Pet insurance has saved us financially as well as saving our Pets life!
I feel that if we didn't have this pet insurance we wouldn't have been able to afford the care that our Pet Winnie needed at the time. We had just lost two of our other pets within 3 months of each other and accumulated alot of bills due to thier illnesses and ultimate passing. Winnie became sick a week after our last pet passed and required a lengthy stay at the Hospital for almost a week. She is great and thriving and we are so grateful for having this coverage and making it so she could get the best treatment and care available!
