Always very easy to file claims
Always very easy to file claims. Due to a large volume of claims, I was contacted by email with an apology that the claim process was taking longer than normal but then was contacted with explanation of claim paid a day or two later.

Paid the majority of a major expense
Brooklyn ate foxtails. Got them caught in her tonsils and embedded in the roof of her mouth. She had to have surgery to remove them. Pets Best Insurance paid for the majority of this major expense.

I have been sending in my claims via website it is easy to attach a receipt for my dogs med's. to the claim form they always reply that they received it and that they are working on it and when I get my money posted to my account.
