Torn ACL no problem I was covered
Trupanion is amazing. I would never own another pet without them. They quickly reviewed my claim and deposited the amount covered directly into my checking account. This took away the stress so I could focus on my dog and his recovery.

I purchased my policy on the basis of rosy promises of the agent and after reading these reviews. I was very forthcoming about my dog's pre existing condition. My vet's invoice was very clear about which portion was attributable to the pre-existing condition. But Nationwide is trying to attribute every other line item to the ore-existing condition, including standard post neutering pain medication. They also couldn't be bothered to reach out to my vet for medical records. I

Best Pet Insurance
I found a black mass above my dog's gum line. I took him to the vet and he couldn't tell what it was until he removed it. Thank God, it turned out to be a benign mass. The vet's office turned in the iinsurance claim, I received an email from Nationwide saying they were going to review the claim and a month after, I received notice the claim was going to be paid, not in full but substantially, Thank you so much, Nationwide! I have told my other pet owner friends about this experience!
