Best decision in getting a pet
I purchased a policy for my puppy the day I brought him home. Unfortunately he has had several issues in the last year & Nationwide has covered everything without issue & in a timely manner. I have recommended pet insurance to everyone I talk to. Other people have said they have it but covers nothing. I have said Nationwide has been phenomenonal.

Lost or missing statements.
Agent receives claim w/o vet bill, please call Vet clinic directly for dup copy instead of sending client email. I've missed out on some legitimate claims bc of expiration date. Thanks.

I have had pet insurance for a year
I have had pet insurance for a year. The customer service is great. The time I'm reimbursed is quick and easy. My puppy contracted Lyme disease and they covered most of the bill. I'm thankful they have insurance for pets.
