Customer representatives lie.
Better options in market are available. Customer service representatives are trained to lie, everyone lies in different ways to confuse you. When time to payback claims.. 90% coverage is out of the window, because they are lying b******s.

Why would anyone not have pet insurance?
I have had a great experience with ASPCA pet insurance, I am so glad my pet is covered by them. They are quick with claims, a few clicks and a few days and a check arrives in the mail. They always pick up the phone promptly when I've called with any questions. They also covered the majority of my pets last emergency visit, which was sizeable. Overall, I couldn't be happier with ASPCA pet insurance and I'd recommend anyone with a pet to sign up.
