I am very happy with the service I received for Nitro. I have some issues that I was not very happy with during a claim process for our other dog, Kloey, several months ago though. Generally I would and have already recommended Trupanion to others.

Nothing is covered
Nothing is covered because every items appears to be treated individually and not on the total health of the animal. You can have multiple deductibles.

Think it's good to have insurance
Think it's good to have insurance, but as I submitted a recent claim I realize that the decision was made based on a previous visit that had nothing to do with my current claim but because it was grouped together I'm now having to go through appeal process.
