When I called to get, I don’t know if it’s called preapproval but the equivalent of preapproval for my dog surgery I was told yes absolutely it would be covered submitting the claim was so easy and I received reimbursement of 90% within 3 to 7 business days no questions asked no delays.

Healthy Pet Insurance never paid one claim that I submitted, and then they more than doubled my rates. You are far better off self-funding your own insurance. Beware.

Human quick and responsible
Every time I called for information a human answered the phone woohoo and was able to give the necessary help and info I needed , their response time is quick and reliable usually with in a day !!!!
