since my vet was able to submit my claim for me, it was a painless procedure I received an email telling me that it might take a little longer. If this was my first claim it was still processed quite quickly in my opinion.

Should have put money in a savings account
After paying premiums for 9 years and submitting claim for about $500.00 we received cheque for $3.50. We would be further ahead putting premiums in to a saving account.
