Terrific Company
I have had Nationwide Pet Insurance for many years. Never had single problem or complaint with them. In my opinion they are truly a necessary part of Lucy’s health and welfare and at an affordable rate.

Premiums doubled in one year
Great insurance, but the rate increase was so shocking. When I started the premium was about $38/month, then went up to about $50/month, then $60/month, then $74/month, and then jumped up to $130/month. I can’t leave this company, which is actually a good company with great benefits, but doubling the rates is not right. I used to recommend nationwide all the time, now I can’t.

Nationwide is Pet Awesome!
It’s been over 30 years since I had a puppy and I figured with the rising cost of veterinary care it would be best to ensure my little Minnie. The ease of filing a claim and the 24 hour veterinary Hotline is one of the many pluses to go with Nationwide.

Nationwide and the folks that work there are the best and truly caring people.
Nationwide is great. While I would prefer to never need them - as that would mean my pet was healthy - we have not been so lucky with our pet who has over the years needed plenty of medical treatment. But Nationwide and its predecessor have always been there to assist financially, and their customer service on the phone is excellent. They also make the claim filing process extremely easy and never delay in the review and processing of claims and payments. Excellent, excellent company. Thank you very much.

Easy to use, great coverage
I've had Nationwide Insurance on our dogs since 2008 when it was VPI. Nationwide provides great coverage on many things and it's so easy to work with. The customer service is excellent, the website is also very user-friendly. I have always recommended Nationwide to everyone I know who is a pet parents.
