Happy Trupanion Customer!
Trupanion's claims process is quick and easy. With just a photo uploaded through email, my claim was sent. Only improvement that could be noted is possibly having a trupanion app in the future.

Some problems, but great service now
Had some difficulty earlier this year with initial denials of claims for conditions for which the deductible had been met, and it took some major effort to get things straightened out. But ever since those problems have been sorted through the service has been incredible.
