No wait times when you call
No wait times when you call, friendly staff. I had to call and cancel a policy due to my cat passing away suddenly. I was crying when I called and was met with nothing but empathy and understanding by the staff all the while they were processing my cancellation.

Stephanie was excellent, she was professional, friendly and positive. I would highly recommend Trupanion because they help to cover the cost of my Doberman's illness, and gave me the time I needed to spend with him instead of working all the time to pay for his treatment.
