I'm so glad I opted for the Wellness plan for my cat becuase preventative dental care is very important for cats too!
My cat Kermit had his teeth cleaned recently and a tooth extracted as part of his wellness care. I'm so glad I got the Wellness plan. I feel so much better giving him the preventative care so that we can take care of issues while he is healthy and on the younger side, so that they do not become major health problems at a later stage. Kermit is doing very well. And I appreciate the quick processing of his claim. Thank you Nationwide!

Mixed Feelings
I believe Nationwide/VPI is a very good company but I seem to remember that they covered a lot more 10 years ago as my elder pets needed them. I did receive a great reimbursement from the dental/medical procedure my cat just had and I’m very thankful, but his ongoing disease is very expensive and I feel we max out very early in the year. Maybe I don’t completely understand the plan so I’m going to call to see if my vets and I are submitting claims correctly. I am just worried that should my pet need some procedure that is very costly and his chances are good, it would be painful to have to give him up because of cost.

Easy claim processing and best customer service!
Healthy Paws Pet Insurance was recommended by a friend and we weren't sure if it was worth it but decided to give it a try. It was the best decision we could have made. Our dog was young and healthy when we signed up but now that he is older he had to have some surgeries and we never had to debate if we should have the surgery because of the cost, thanks to Healthy Paws. The claims process is very easy to follow, the payments are prompt and the staff is extremely friendly and caring. We signed up several years ago and have absolutely no regrets. Our Boston terrier are 11 and 10. They are in fairly good health but have had their share of health or injury issues over the decade. This insurance has been a tremendous help. The claims are simple to submit and the reimbursement arrives very quickly. Definitely a 10

I am so glad I purchased this insurance when she was a puppy. It has been very worth while for us, since we have an XL breed of dog, the vet bills can pile up VERY quickly. A percentage of ALL care is covered with the plan we have, the vet files the claim for me and all seems pretty smooth so far. So Grateful to have it!
