Thank You ASPCA Pet Insurance
I have held policies at other pet insurance companies over the last 20 years, however, after finding ASPCA Insurance about 9 years ago, I will always keep my fur babies insured with them. The claim process is straightforward and reimbursements are easy to understand. Customer Service is responsive and knowledgeable and always make me feel like they care about me and my dog. Accidents and illnesses are stressful & scary so I very much appreciate being able to talk to a representative who understands this. My dog is getting on in years and things are starting to go wrong, but I feel confident that we have a made the right decision in choosing ASPCA. Thank you for being there for us!

We’ve been with this company for over 15 years and had our ups and downs, but predominantly UP!
To reiterate, after more than 15 years with this company, insuring multiple pets at a time, just having major insurance for unexpected and expensive illnesses, it is very comforting. Sometimes we have to do more correspondence than on other issues, but altogether, we feel “covered.”

I recommend Healthy Paws to everyone I know that has a dog. They are simply the best when it comes to coverage, ease of claims and customer service. I wish my own insurance was a good as my dog's.

I have always had a great experience with Nationwide and previously VPI. I was a little confused why I encounter some issues with my last 2 claims. Customer Care was able to help me sort things out though. Please keep up the great work. It is so comforting to know I can give my best friend by best care and not have to worry about costs.
