Trupanion is always there for my pet!
It is so quick and easy to file a claim with Trupanion. I always receive a quick claim receipt response. Following up a few days later I will receive the remittance/reimbursement for my claim. If I ever have questions, a friendly representative will answer them.

Excellent customer service
My dog went through two TPLO operations, and the claims were easy to file and paid promptly. After a dog has one of these operations, chances are good for a second one to be needed eventually, yet premium increases after the first operation were minimal.

They drag out claim process
They take 4 weeks to even get to your claim. Ask for stuff multiple times. Not consistent. Its like 3 different departments are working one claim. they say they never receive stuff one theres proof they did. They sold company a few years ago and its declined ever since

Phenominal Service!!
I've had Nationwide Insurance since my 4 yo Gizmo was a puppy. I have never, not once, had any issues with their service. I am so thankful for this coverage! Gizmo has had a couple issues that were pretty costly, but knowing I had coverage made taking him to the vet a lot less stressful. I highly recommend everyone get coverage on their new pet. It has definitely paid for itself over time!
