Great customer service

I came home to find one of my dachshunds limping. Took him to the vet the next day and he had a back strain. Submitted my claim after having a recheck and Pets Best is always notifying me of the status of my claim from receiving it, to possible delay and then to payment. Thank you for your great customer service.

Covered most of the cost

We were glad we had Pet's Best insurance because our pet had to have elbow displacement surgery. It was not cheap but they hospital was great and Pet's best covered most of the cost. They did a great job in protecting our baby!

Lifelong help

Processing of claim was done at the Victoria vet hospital which made it quick and easy. Keeva will require life long medication at this time for seizures and we will be processing forthcoming meds for partial reimbursement.
