When the food is delivered, my cat, Mijou, takes pleasure to sit in the box and often she scratches as if looking for something.... the thought came that perhaps Chewy should randomly include a little secret toy in their shipment!!! it will be fun to see what's in there for her.... just a thought and feedback.

Terrible
Terrible! Do NOT sign up for Trupanion. It is a scam. They find a way to deny EVERY claim. I had to take my dog to the vet because he was vomiting. The claim was DENIED on the grounds that he's vomited before. Well what dog hasn't?! Then he had a growth removed. DENIED again. This time because he had a growth over 7 years ago when he was a puppy. More recently, a back injury resulted in an ER visit. Nope, they won't pay for that because there is a $450.00 DEDUCTIBLE PER CONDITION. This insurance is a total waste of money. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR TRUPANION. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT THEY WILL NEVER HONOR A CLAIM.

Operators, specifically Beth, who I spoke with was knowledgeable and able to pull my policy up with just my name. I had the policy number handy just in case. She was able to help me understand what my dog is covered for within the policy.

Your customer service reps care
Your customer service representatives are in North America, they are allowed to bring their dogs to work and they are genuine in caring about animals. Your front line customer service reps being happy and knowledgeable is HUGE.
