Incredibly simple
Had an unexpected Emergency with our pup where he needed to be hospitalized when we were out of town with him. Very simple to submit the claim and no back and forth. Payout was done in less than 1 week. So glad I got pet insurance for our puppy.

It has taken them two months to process my claim. They have denied tests pertinent to the discovery and treatment of my cat's aggressive mammary cancer, despite advertising they cover all cancer illness and treatment.This company doesn't treat your pets with respect, they want to get as much money off of you while your at a critical point in your pet's life.
