The reason I gave only 6/10 for the customer service rating is due to an extremely bad customer service representative I spoke to on Aug 5. I believe her name was Cecilee and she gave me erroneous information regarding my plan. She told me dental cleanings are not covered at all on my Wellness Plus plan. This was the main reason I signed up for this plan and left Trupanion for Nationwide. It concerned me enough to call back to verify. It turns out she gave me wrong information, which is not acceptable. I was calling for information and guidance regarding my new plan and the representative did not even know or have accurate information. In addition, the way she spoke was unprofessional and rude. She sounded as if she couldn't care less by her tone and was not articulate, often searching for words to explain herself.
