Always happy wtih the service provided
We have been using Nationwide Pet Insurance for 12 years and have never had any issues. If we have any questions or concerns the staff at Nationwide Pet Insurance always has answers and helps us as quickly as possible. Not sure what we would do without this coverage for each of our furbabies. Anytime we see someone in our neighborhood that has adopted their own furbaby we immediatley tell them to get a harness and not a collar and GET NATIONWIDE PET INSURANCE!

Thankful for our insurance!
After our dog decided to eat his favorite stuff animal (tip to tail; it was a fox), he stopped eating and drinking and was in obvious pain. This meant a day spent in a waiting room, an overnight in the doggie ER, and a $1700 bill. The good news is that he's fine. The other good news is that our insurance paid almost all of us with a promptly-received check. Thank you, Nationwide!

Quick and painless!
My dog recently needed TWO root canals and I don't know what I would have done if I didn't have Nationwise Pet Insurance. It was super easy to submit my claim and I was surprised by how quickly it was processed. Customer service was great when I called to ask a few questions and overall I am super happy. I can’t express enough how foolish it is not to have pet insurance. It truly saves you a ton of money. Don’t learn the hard way like me and wait until after a $10,000 ACL surgery to realize you should’ve had pet insurance!

Quick Payment Turnaround
Thanks to Nationwide for a quick turnaround (4 days) in issuing a check for the $1,500+ bill I had for a recent operation on my golden retriever. It is nice to know that a check was wired so soon after the operation. This definitely helped with getting the bills paid and let us concentrate on getting our boy feeling better.
