Excellent customer service, ease of submitting a claim and quick turnaround of payment.
My dog has been covered by Pets Best since I rescued him at 11 months old. He's now 7 and has had many health issues. Because of Pets Best I've been able to get him treatment from specialists that I would have struggled to afford without the insurance. Filing a claim is very easy and the reimbursement is usually in my checking account within days of filing. If there's ever a holdup, I've always been informed via email. I highly recommend them.

Terrific service!!!
First time we have used Pet Insurance and so glad we chose Figo. Our puppy broke his leg at 3 mos. and has required much physical therapy. We quickly used the deductible on the initial surgery, X-rays, and follow-up. Thank goodness for Figo.
