Customer service and support are amazing, easily accessed. But I find the insurance price is quite high compare to other insurances, and as not as comprehensive.

Premiums have gone too expensive
Over the past years my premiums have gone too expensive yet my pup is very healthy so not needed to claim . I use a Vet outside the city as I'm always told the fees go on were you live so it's cheaper.
