A good Pet Policy
They work fairly quickly and so far have covered everything the policy says they will without any question. They are a little slow to get the payment out but that's not a deal breaker.

Amazing Pet Insurance Coverage!
I’ve had a great experience with MetLife for pet insurance. The claim process is super easy, I’ve had no issues or rejections, and usually claims are processed within a couple weeks. They are the most affordable for my (5) cats, and the deductible is low, alongside 80% reimbursement.

NEVER ENDING APPRECIATION FOR EMBRACE!!!!
I will leave my review for my never ending appreciation for Embrace. This is the seventh year I have had them and can't imagine a better insurance coverage for my GSP. Embrace has always been there for me and I'm so glad I chose them. They pay in an exceptional timely manner and when I've had to talk to any of their representatives, it's refreshing to know that they still know what Customer Service is all about. Thank you for all the support for the last seven years (and hopefully many more)!

Great Experience, switched 4 more dogs to them
We have spent over $3k, and one time over $6k on vet charges for a single occurrence with no insurance. In the case of the $6k bill, the dog died anyway. So, I decided to buy Pet Insurance and have 5 dogs and went with 3 different companies on purpose. On one claim we submitted, we received nothing despite a $2500 bill. Another time, a smaller bill was classed as preventive care even though I would not have taken to the Vet had they not kept throwing up their food. I was about to drop all pet Insurance, when our Corgi Mix rescue started pooping blood. She was insured with Spot. My wife took her to our Vet, they kept overnight, stopped the bleeding and the bill was $1700+. I went to the Spot website and found it extremely easy to file a claim. They already have most of the Vets addresses and pick it up as you start typing their name. They even will take your banking info to auto deposit your claim payment, which I did. I filed the claim over the weekend, with all of bills and diagnosis from the Vet. I received an email yesterday, 3 business days after I filed the claim, that payment had been made into my account. Today, I checked the account and see that they paid 90% of my bill minus my $500 deductible. Today, I transferred my other 4 dogs to Spot and found the rate much lower than the other companies I was using. Extremely pleased with Spot Pet Insurance. Much easier to have all on same policy with same coverage. I like $500 deductible then Spot pays 90% up to $10k.

Spot is so easy to deal with
Spot is so easy to deal with, has the easiest submission forms for claims. They are fast adjudicating claims and have paid out better than any other pet insurance I have been with in the past 20 years. We’ll see if prices go up at renewal, but so far they have really been reasonable. For reference I have a 7 year old small dog, who needs things here and there, but isn’t chronically ill and hasn’t had major things. Praying it stays that way. But where other insurances wanted thousands a year just because of age, Spot gave us a reasonable rate and is super easy to deal with.

Rusty, our diabetic dog "child"!
When our Rusty was diagnosed with diabetes, we were crushed. However, we knew we had SPOT on our side, and now we can afford to give Rusty the care that he deserves. Rusty was a stray, and honestly, I never want to know his story. He is loved and cared for now, and that's all that matters. Enrollment was easy and service has been top notch!!
