Headache-less
The only feature I would like to see added is viewing claim history submissions (such as comments, attachments, etc...), otherwise, customer service is fast, knowledgeable, seemingly organized, and noticeably caring towards me and my pet. The VitusVet app is so great and makes submitting claims SO easy, it takes me less than a minute no exaggeration. The beat part is that claims are processed quickly and reimbursement is deposited efficiently.

We took this health insurance out 7 years ago when Tucker was a puppy. It is fabulous insurance and well worth the price.
This insurance has been wonderful. It is easy to submit claims and they send checks immediately to us if claim is in order. If we got another dog, we would certainly use this insurance again. It is a pleasure dealing with these people and they are very accommodating and knowledgeable.

Quick claim Reimbursement
I don't know what has changed sense last year but I love it. It used to take almost the whole 30days to get Reimbursed on a claim but lately it’s has been a week or shorter. Keep up the great work !!!!!!

Best company always there when we need them i recommend to all pet owners insure you pets with nationwide pet insurance and get your pets on daily or required check up for thier best health because they not only pet or animals they breath and eat just like all of us so before waking your pets pay attention to temperature to hot dont walk them on road,asphalt, or hot ground, cold dont leave pets outside just think how would you feel if you was sitting outside at low or hot temperatures. Animals are same they do have feelings weather, cold,heat or pains from little things laying around pay attention god bless
