Quick Claims Processing
I appreciate Nationwide's quick claims processing. My dog was recently diagnosed as being diabetic. I had $800 outstanding in claims by the time she was diagnosed. Nationwide processed those claims in two days freeing up money so I could buy insulin and syringes.

This is THE BEST pet insurance company!
I have had other insurance companies in the past, and Figo beats them all paws down! You file your claim on the Figo app which basically does all the work for you ( it maybe takes 5 minutes) and sometimes receive the reimbursement that same day! If they need extra info/ records, they let you know via email that they are asking someone for those so you don’t have to wonder what is going on! Figo also pays exactly what they say they will, no hidden ‘ oh we don’t cover that’ statements after the fact. When you need them, they are right there! Thankyou for your integrity Figo!

I have complete trust and confidence in ASPCA Pet Health Insurance. The customer service I receive is always stellar. Staff is knowledgeable, caring and friendly. When I submit a claim I know it will be taken care of - sometimes I wish the wait period was a little shorter though.
